My new Zebby in all his glory!!

Post by BeckyG »

Can you tell I'm still in the excited stage of owning my first Zebra Plec?

I've still not got all the info on him/her but have managed to get some amazing pictures before he went into my tank...

The zeb is has been on TetraVarietyWafers Complete Sinking Food since I got he/she home yesterday...acclimatized him then left him to it! He's had his dorsel fin up & been nearly all over the bottom already :)

I'm not old hat at this so please feel free to suggest some idea's for treats & nutritional hints...the more the merrier, all welcome

So far I have (names as sold to me from the guys at Maidenhead Aquarium):

5 x Cardinal Tetras,
2 x Leopard Danios,
3 x Penguin Tetras,
3 x Harlequins,
2 x Ram (1 male & female)

& the plec...

I'll get the tank info as I can't remember it off hand

Shop told me this zeb was roughly 6/7 months old from a known breeder...

Can't beat the Canon EOD 400D - best purchase bar my zebby

Fantastic pics of your Zebra

You may find he will not compete for food in there though :? but I am by no means an expert
