3. Canon EX580II External Flash
4. Canon Remote Flash Sensor
The setting:
1. Flash placed on top of the tank or the side of the tank, your choice.
2. Len must be parallel to the front glass for clearer pic
3. Shutter Speed 1/80-1/125, F11-18, ISO100, MF, try and error!
4. Focus point..... the eye!

You are right! This batch from the LFS, when I bought them, I already know that they have ICH. Anyway, I bargined the price since they are sick. You can still see them if you look close enough, but I believe they are almost 100% recovered. As I said, they started tp pick up their appetite. Besides, my friend also bought 4pcs from this batch on the next day, he found out 1 single flea on one of the 4. And I have been very closely observated my 5pcs, luckily, I don't see anything.

The Zebra photo's are stunning.
I have almost the same photgraphic equipment as you.
I have the same camera and lens. The flash I have is the 580EX, not sure if that is the same one as yours.
I have been toying with the idea of getting a remote flash sensor to use in taking fish photo's, I take it from the results that you have obtained that you would recommend the remote sensor. Exactly which model did you get? I would be very interested to know.
Did you use a tripod?

The flash we have is pretty much the same. IMO, EX580II is pretty much the same as EX580.
No, I don't use tripod. Handheld and Manual focus.
