Those are some very nice zebras :)

A quick glance over them I would say....

1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are Females....

Hi all,

Thanks for IDing my 14 zebras.
Seems Zebra No. 7 is a big chance to be the female.
I am happy that at least there is a female in the group. :)

chanett has a very good record of id'ing gender ;)

Using the attachment option greatly reduces the loading time for those with slower connections :)

Great looking fish btw, they are all in very good condition!

In my opinion you have a good number of females in there.

I'm going out on a limb on a few of them as yes they look hairier that you might expect but the body shape is too female to ignore :)

There is a sexing thread on here somewhere for our zebs - I agreed with most that the all looked male... we've ended up with 2 spawning pairs!! :)

I dont suppose you know how each of them behaves / where they live??

(having said that - our "hairy female" hangs out in a cave sometimes)

Hi Smithrc,

Thanks fot the opinions. :)
Indeed, there are some look hairy but beheave like female.
For example, I have 7-8 caves in my tank but Zeb No. 1,3,4,8,9,11,14 they stay outside or next to the cave.
Zeb No 6 ,12 and 13 have their own prefer cave and stay in all the time.
I have only 2-3 caves that size are around 3-4cm but others around 5-6cm.
I think maybe this is the reason some male may ignore the cave and stay out of the caves.
Anyway, finger across to see what's going on in the future. :)
