Chocolate can give away your age

Ok, here goes:
(No cheating now!)
1. How many times a week do you get a craving for chocolate? (number must be between 0 and 9)
2. Multiply with 2
3. Add 5
4. Multiply with 50 (time to get your calculator if you like
5. If you already had your birthday this year add 1757. If not, add 1756.
6. Subtract your year of birth (four numbers).
You now have three numbers. The first one tells you how many times a week you crave chocolate.
The next two numbers... Is your age !!

Where do they get this, Its all correct 
But really I HATE THE STUFF, and they wouldn't let me put 0 for how many times I crave it (YUK!)
