15 days is just fine.
One small point, why add the Tufa Rock.
You seem to have ideal conditions for making them spawn. If you start altering water parameters you are likely to make the parameters less than ideal and IMO asking for trouble.
Take care
Dave
Good luck

havent added the rock yet but my plan was to add some tufa rock once the eggs are laid as apparently my 0 kh is not very good for fry and iv got a feeling the other ones died because of the ph dropping at night...? do you think i should leave it?

Is the tank planted?
This can lead to a PH drop.
Take care

Only if you have a overpopulated tank that looks a bit like this:
Or if you are using a uncontrolled CO2 system.

the eggs hatched yesterday and last night i found a baby that had been kicked out.... it looked fine so not sure if it was an accident or if its weak but when i woke up this morning it was lying on its side and waggling its tail now and then.... just like the last lot did just before they died..! im terrified the same things going to happen...! somethings got to be causing it!

Really sorry to hear about your losses Andrew, this is terrible! Could it be inexperienced parents? Many other fish have problems with their first fry, could it be the same with some zebras?
Can't really offer any advice, if it was me I would put them into a different tank though, adults that is and see what it is about this tank that's causing the problems!
