A big HELLOOOOOO from chilly uk

Hi, ive been looking on the forum and decided that no one on here bites, so i thought i would say HI,
ive onlybeen into fish a few months i have a
juwel rio 400 which is roughly 400 litres 88 gallons
a rekord 60
a smaller quarentine tank
and a small fry tank
at the moment in the 400 ive got
8 mixed danios
2 m/f small bristlenose
2 m/f large bristlenose
1 black ghost knifefish
2 m/f pintail platys
2 aquatic frogs
2 m/f dwarf gouarmi
tire track eel
2 m/f mickey mouse platys
something nice and easy,
In the next 2 weeks i should be getting my FIRST zebra plec, and i cant wait. the rekord 60 is at the moment waiting for it, it has been cycled ( bless those danios ) and was just wondering about what to put on the bottom?
I know that they need plenty of caves, more oxygen, and likes meaty foods rather than veg,
I was wondering also if there was any helpfull tips on what else to put in the tank? ( yes i know water would be good lol )
