salinity in zebra tanks?

couious to see if any of you breeders use salt in you zebra breeding, rearing tanks? or if anyone knows the natural salinity in the rivers L-046 is found? if anyone dose use salt,...what SG do you keep it? and do you use rock salt or marine salts?

I don't think Plecos don't like salt much....I put about a teaspoon or two of epsom salt every now and then for a 20g

i know from keeping south american chiclids that all rivers in south america have a certian SG specific gravity, although l-046 has im sure been breed in tanks with a 0 reading of salinity but im courious to wat the SG is in the Rio Xenjo this might influance the breeding habits in zebras....? any one with input please write back Thank you....
