some categories of site buttons/quick links/hot keys that i think would be helpful here are...
"todays posts"
"hot posts/most active/top posts" where everyone can click to the post that are getting alot of action for the past 24 hours/week etc.
i know we have the "view unanswered posts" and "view posts since your last visit" links, but i think a couple more would be cool.

also maybe a way to rate a post.
example a very good post can be rated from 1-5 stars, fish, mini pleco, etc.
anyone can give a rating.
then when people open up a category, in addition to being able to see views, and amount of replies, they can see if something was rated, and what that rating is.
