Breeding

Post by sam »

Hi
I have 2 Zebras currently in my community tank, I think they are Male and Female. I fancy having a go at breeding, is it worth having a try with just 2 or would I need to get more? Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Samantha

If you think you have a male and a female then certainly give it a go, you've got nothing to lose. Others have managed fine with just two before...the main reason most have groups is to add to the chances of there being a female in there.
If you in doubt over the sexes, then get some pics up in the photo forum and we'll be able to give you our opinions on them...

Thanks,
I am in the process of setting up a tank to have a go at breeding them, But I feel that in order to increase my chances I may need a few more. So Im on the look out for some if anyone knows of any available.
