Well, they are way ahead of us. We had spawns here 3 years ago, so they should have produced some F2's by now, (Mindy got F2's..) but I don't think anybody here has kept their F1's to get F2's yet? Too bad there's a language barrier :(

Thank you for posting this John, very interesting!

The latest fry are out and about in the tank :)

Fingers crossed they will do better than the first spawn...

They look SO small compared to the other ones :)

They will turn up again :D I remember posting a panic thread about a missing fry a few years back. Everybody said to calm down and don't worry (I know you're not worried smithrc), I could hardly sleep for two weeks, but suddenly he was there, big and fat and happy

Right then... Things are all go in the zeb tank.

Spawn number 3 has been the most successfull so far - I counted 7 fry last week and they are now 2 months old... we've not found any bodys this time round (unlike the 1st spawn :()

And as of today we have spawn No 4 :cloud9:

here are the 2 fry from the 1st spawn - now 6 months old :)

Right folks...

There was an incident in the tank last night...

I wont be able to get any more close ups of the 6 month fry in the breeding trap :(

as it sank... I came home from a night out to find it "hovering" about 1" below the water line - with no zebs in it...

I've found them hiding in the tank since though and all is ok :)
