hi guys,
im looking to import some of McEve's fish to the UK and i want to know if i need any special permits or licenses. If they are sent direct to the Airport do i just go and collect them? is it as simple as that?
Have any of you imported Zebras from Europe to the UK? can i have some advice.
Thanks.
Andrew

I've done it with Imer and there was no paper work at all other than the usual shipping documents.

yeah as far as I'm aware the only thing that matters is they go on a flight which is set up for transporting animals, not all of them are apparently. I think it's something to do with the cargo hold getting very cold under normal conditions, perhaps when animals are transported they are in a heated cargo hold. Anyway the airline you choose will be able to inform you which flights are ok and which aren't if this is an issue.
Good luck.

Exactly that, heated hold. Both my dogs flew in in a heated hold.

Thank you

She knows it

Yes she is. She's a lazy husky - if there was a sled, she'd want to be sitting on it being pulled

Her reaction to an hour and a half walk is to sleep for a day.

Both flew Continental. I've received fish flying Continental too. All were domestic US flights though using their Quick Pak service:
