is anyone know how to put file from computer as a link? (power point slide) any web site support?

Powerpoint is a bit more tricky, as the user needs to have office installed. Microsoft has released a Powerpoint view only:

But you also need the file to be uploaded to a webserver. Otherwise people can't get hold of it
