29gal
black tahittan sand, seachem flourish tabs
eheim 2213
acura 150w heater
~2wpg
redsea turbo co2 injected through powerhead
two caves

the spray bar of the eheim is point slightly upwards to break surface so i think that it would be ok for the plecs with the co2 injection, i have a albino bristle nose and candystripe baby plecs in there now and they are lively as ever with no noticeable ill effects of the co2. have five caves available but decided on using 2 for now.

finally finish setting it up, let me know what you guys think as this set up will house 2-4 zebra plecos.

Nice tank! :D
Just a suggestion: since zebra pleco loves
highly aerated water, you may wish to include
supplementary air/oxygen supply, especially during
the night time when you turn off the light.

thanks for the compliment

right now i have the eheim's spraybar pointed slightly upwards along with a powerhead that is used to inject the co2 in the tnak so i think its aerated pretty well. also the fish that are in there now seem pretty happy, there is a good amount of water flow as well.

Their home no longer looks like that and they never made it into that tank but even in their new home I rarely see them
