calculating turnover rate

This is a stupid question but how do you calculate turnover rate for a tank. Lets say I have a 30 gallon tank, a powerhead at 400 gph. What is my turnover rate per hour? thanks
In your case:
400 gph divided by 30gallon (400 divided by 30) = turnoverrate of 13,3 gph
