Hi, everybody this is my only zebra can you help tell me what sex it is?
To me the bodyshape looks like a female but the headshape looks like a male.
It usually hangs out on driftwood although I have 4 caves in the tank.
Because, I have only have one zebra I can't compare the behavior
anyway I think it's a female what do you guys think?

I'm no expert but I have been reading up alot on sexing zebras lately and judging by the head shape, to me it also looks like I lady.

I don't want to go agianst popular opinion, but i think it could be a young male

looking at the amount of teeth on the first ray of the pec fin and the cheek 'wiskers' look as though the a more developed than in a female. Please let me know if i am wrong as it will be useful to me also

Its a hard call but I say it is probably a female. I dont think the wiskers are defined enough to be a male.
You cant base it on the Zeb not using the cave alone. I have a male that refuses to go in one. I dont have any clue why???
