Play Sand?

I was looking for sand today so I could start working on my 20 gallon setup, and I was asking some people at another forum about what to use.
90% of the answers said to use normal play sand, but just to rinse it very well.
Since you're all the Zebra experts here, I've decided to check it all out with you, since it's the Zebs I'm getting that I need the sand for. Is play sand okay, and/or have you ever used it?

I believe it was the sand that has a clear bag and states play sand with red writing.
