I am quite new too the world of Zebra plecos. It was thrue a norwegian forum i first saw som nice pictures of McEve`s fish. And i startet my search for this marveless hypansistrus. It took some time because of the situasion inn Brasil, but the fish turned out too be much closer to home than expected. And with good help from my new Zebra friends inn Bergen and Oslo i am now the happy keeper of 11 fry inn the range of 3-6 cm. I am not too good with my english spelling, but i hope i manage to say that i am happy too be with you all !

McEve. Here is a picture of your litle beauty. I know it is not a god picture, but maby you feel like the mother you are.. I think it is a she, but it is a bit early to tell. I call her Mc ore in Norwegian mac :D Her black stripes are darker then one the others, so i am fareley shore its the rigth one. And if it turns out to be a girl, i will call her Nina  The other picture i have of her is the one taken from above. The picture got your name on it.

Wow McEve, you should be so proud of her! Telnes, tell the little one that this picture is intended for her "mommy" to make sure she let us see her face too (big smile preferrably)

I am getting confused...cause the black stripes are darker on the fry from McEve then the others, but some time i still miks them. There are 11 off them inn the tank, and 6 off them have the fairly same sise. But as McEve notised one the picture above, the fry has a different stripe one the dorsol fin, and now i got to find out if its the rigth one.... So now i got to studie this fore a wile before i jump to conclusions... I hope its the one with that striking dorsol fin, because then i will allways know who came from McEve ! McEve did you have some pictures taken before the fry was shiped to Bergen ??
