We could do the obligatory Photo competition. 
Not quite sure how it would work, but we could set it up in the gallery.

I think it should be anonomously I have plenty of disk space, and can either let people upload through the browser anonomously or recieve the pictures by mail.
I can then present the pictures as best as I can in a poll.
