Red Claw shrimp

i was just looking into my community tank when my litle girl pointed out a tiny little shrimp(15mm) which at first glance i thought was one off my algea shrimps but at closer inspection i saw that the little blitter had two tiny red claws.yippeeeeeeeeee im a foster dad at last now all i got to do is try and get the shrimps to talk to the zebras
