Hi all,
I am Marina, based in Manchester. Love plecs and have bred some bristlenoses in the past. I am passionate about plecs, got about 40 or so of them - all absolutely gorgeous. I would love to try breed zebras but that will be a first try, so I hope you guys can help. Caesar (where I got my screen name for this forum from) was my adorable Alpha male who was sadly killed by God knows whom 3 months ago. I have currently got 4 zebras who I believe are all female, though its rather early to say (they are just over 2 years old). I would like to establish a colony of about ten (if I can get my hands on some more zebras) before I try breeding. At this stage I will be asking loads of questions, so please be patient with me...
Nice to meet you all

Hi guys, thanks for making me welcome,
Neo, ask me about the swop at a later stage, at the moment I am trying to build the colony. They are not sexually active yet anyway, but they are so funny and adorable!!! Fiesty in particular is ... well, Fiesty by name fiesty by nature! He will take on anybody and push his way in through much bigger tank mates for food or for a nosey!

Hi Marina

As a fellow North West person - Welcome!!!

I live in Northwich, I have a small colony which have bred a couple of times, so our water suits them!

Once again welcome!

Al

I have 10, at the last count anyway!

Are you actually in Manchester itself? I'm not asking for specifics btw!!!

I was wondering whether your water was similar to mine?
