Hi ken im going to have to take some in there tank...I currently have a lot of caves and they are always inside!!! so im going to have to do a sneak attack!!!! :D

Hi smithrc,

I think yours may also be sp. "Belo Monte" like mine, just a guess. Don't you just hate it, there is no certainty. This makes it very difficult to breed them.

How big are your L173s?

I will also try to take some new pics of the second batch of L236 in the tank. They do look very similar to my L287s. They are all probably sp. "Belo Monte"

How big are your L173s?
They were in a group of 10 that survived the trip - 8 looked the same - one looked like it was an L199 and another that looked like an L174.

we got 5 that looked most alike in the hope that they would grow up to be a breeding group. at teh moment they are just over 1" - they are growing well though :)

we're calling them 236's at the moment :)

Hi,

just a update:

H.sp. "Belo Monte" has been given a L-number. It's now called L399 / L400. It is not L287 like some of us thought.
