, I suspect that the barb was already dead. I don't think that My 2 are the same speices but I have already taken them out of the zebra tank, I didn't want to chance it. They were quite easy to catch, I stuck in a couple of food tabs and lay in wait with my net. I had noticed that they are feisty little fellas they don't think nothing of hijacking a small zebras resting spot. They are now in the community tank, I'm watching them carefully as I will not tolerate any snacking on my cardinals.
