Damaged zebra

Hey all I have a zebra that I think got a little gouge on the back and is growing like a slime coat on the wound ... The zeb is eating swimming fine etc just want this fixed before something happeneds !! I treated with one dose of melafix today anyone else recommend anything? Here are a couple pics

second pic looks like it's fuzzy, when i have a fish that looks like that at the site of an injury, i dose with maroxy.
