any tips on how to lower ph natural in a tank ??

hi my zeb tank is fully cycled and gonna add some zebs very soon ph is currently at 7 to 7.5 i have caves and bog wood in any ways on lowering the ph to help the fish along

pH is fine, leave it alone. The wood may drop it some.

Mine spawn in pH 7.4 from tap.

You sound spot on!
Never use chemicals to alter PH you end up with a yo-yo effect on your PH from them....

Hi Craig as TTA says your ph is fine water quality is more important.

Bogwood will naturally lower ph & I also use almond leaves which also reduces ph which I am not particually trying to do, I have had them spawn in 6.5 -7 ph.

7.5 is not bad at all. What is your hardness likeÉ The safest way I know to lower ph is with an external filter full of Peatmoss. You will also get a tea color too. :idea:

ph is 7--7.5 nitrates at 12mg/l and gh is about 5 ???? not tested for kh as cant find a kit
