so far i have 12 in a 250 liters, and i get 3 more.. and that will be it. im feeding them whit tetra tabmin, jbl novo tab, brine shrimps tab from osi, and some brine shrimps eggs (afskallet på dansk), and bit tetra red discus.

and waterchange are about 25-30 % 1-3 times a week.

any other thing i can do?? :roll:

Not really they grow slowly sort of you must remember that full grown they are not a massive giant pleco. All in good time :)

Hi, what temperature are they at? , because that can affect rate of growth too. but remember the warmer you have the tank the less oxygen water holds so need airiation with it.

the temp is about 30, and yes i know about the O2 :)

first of all it would be good to tell us the sizes of them...


you will find if the are quite small about 1-1.5 inch they will grow to the 2-2.5 inch mark in arround a year. after that they tend to slow down and take a long time to reach their 3-4 inch full grown size...

hmm the smalleste are about 2-2,5 cm. and the biggest are about 5 - 5,5 so far, the 3 that in next week, are 4-6 cm.
