For those of you out there sucessfully breeding zebs or other Loricariids, what type of base do you use in your aquarium?

Cant vote because zebras are bred bare bottom and bristlenose are bred in gravel of different sizes.
What makes the common person uncommon is common sense.

My tanks are sand bottom with breeding adults, fry moved to a bare bottom tank for 3-4 months so can feed micro worm etc & keep clean, then moved to grow on in a sand bottom tank.

Whatever works best for you & you feel happy with. :)
