Tank depth

Post by marktman »

Just curious on this one. What is the deepest tank (in inches or centimeters) that anyone has ever breed zebras in? I was under the impression that shallower is better and that they would not breed in deeper tanks. All opinions welcome, but I would also like some actual experience also.

They live deeper than any home aquarium in the wild and reproduce there.

Shallower is easer for the fishkeeper is all.
What makes the common person uncommon is common sense.
