L173 conformation please

L173 conformation please

Could anyone tell me if this is an L173 (thats what it was bought as), reason is I had two and one died after getting trapped and I would like to get more but want to be sure it is one first

i guess it is. the eyes are brown like that.

Hi, sorry but i don't think this is L173 , most likely imo L399/L400.

That could even be an L066... but it isn't what you were told it was that is for sure

Well I have a pair of very similiar fish and they were sold to me as L066. And looking at the L066 page the markings are very similiar.

I have seen L066 in outsidin aquatics and the lines are different in real life and the head shape on mine is blunter at the front.

guess with these guys you can never be sure,,think I will just forget the whole thing and get rid of him

imo that fish is definatley not an L66. it looks very much like a L173 to me..... just my thoughts...

Well I may have to investigate my pair then.... but I was fairyly sure they are L066... only paid CAD$25.00 for each of them. However if I got lucky WOOHOO!!!! LOL

I can post a pic of my L66 with some horizontal striping to.. but no way it's gonna be a L173 :wink:
