Hey John....I love the water movement and the splashing sound. Plus it provides a lot of free aeriation for the main tank. The setup is in the garage, so noise is not a factor.John wrote:Are you gonna stare at miniature niagara, or are you planning some kind of fishies in there?
The tank is still cycling, but plans call for the addition of a UV sterilizer and automated water changes and automated feeders too. In the breeder tanks, Tanks 1 & 2, I will move my colony of Albino long-fins bristlenoses and another colony of L-400's...these hypancitrus are very similar to L046...care-wise, so I want to see how they do. If things go well, I might try to get a small colony of L046 for the third tank. Fourth tank,...leave it open for suggestions.
Main tank...aha, here goes what to do with 700 gals of water....planning on some biiggg fish, like large plecos, L027's, L014's, maybe a Titanic Pleco. Some catfish with whiskers..and then some Japanese Dragon Kois. I might throw in a few cichlids, too....
