As you may be aware, every now and again a topic will "Disappear" form the forum. This has been due to moderating the forum to ensure that the content stays positive and constructive.
Whilst we are happy for debating to take place as it is essential for individuals to learn, we will be deleting any posts, without hesitation that become offensive, argumentative ( with no benefit to the site or members), or appear to be personal attacks.
The reasoning behind this is that recently there appears to be a great deal of bickering amongst some members that is not beneficial to the site or other members. If this must be done it should be done outwith the public forms.
