For all interested there is a report here: http://www.mchportal.com/fishkeeping-ma ... -l213.html, complete with as many photos as we managed to take.
With the current ban on zebras it is not likely we will see any wild caught ones for a while yet, however, there is also a report on treating argulus in the same update, here: http://www.mchportal.com/fishkeeping-ma ... ation.html.

Unfortunately, here in the USA there has been a pretty good influx of wc zebras over the past 6 months or so. There is no question that these are fish illegally removed from Brazil.

This influx has been large enough to cause some drop in prices.

John: apologies, we forgot to URL it. It works now. For future reference, the homepage address is http://www.mchportal.com, and all these articles are under FishKeeping according to topic.

Amin: We are not convinced that everything which is labeled wild caught these days is in fact wild caught indeed. People pay lots of money for these fish so some may want to exploit this. We have been to Brazil on a couple of occasions recently and the Brazilian police take the matter very seriously (remember what they did to Bleher??). There is a prison sentence and a massive fine for offenders. Which also explains why most pseudacanths are now not available in the LFSs.
Having said that there were always those who were breaking the law ever since the ban was imposed.
In any case the treatment we mentioned worked fine with the w/c L260 so should we have to try it on L46 we would do it without hesitation.
