Slow starters for fluorescent

Slow starters for fluorescent

Hi guys
I was just wondering if any body else read an article in PFK some time ago about some very slow starters for fluorescent lights u could alter the time they came on and went off over a period off time, i think it was something like between 5 mins and 20 mins but very very gradual they cost around £45 so are not cheap, but i havent been able to find were they sell them, does anybody else know off any places that sell them??
