I have a rio 125l tank i am going to buy 2 female zebras and 1 male zebra what would be the ideal setup for them.

With that said, a bigger tank is always going to be better, IMO, but a 125 liter tank should be adequate. I don't recommend it, but I've kept zebras in as small as a 38 liter tank when space needs demanded it. It's a huge risk though, IMO. Dilution would always be your friend with fish this hard to replace!
