Advice on Bamboo shrimps!

Hi Guys, My Dad has built some slate-caves for the zebs. They are about a foot in the air. There are six in total, looking rather like a row of garages, (to which vandals have taken the doors off! ). The inlet flow from filter is directly above and a large air stone is directly below. THE PLECS HAVE MOVED IN AND THEY LOVE EM :D (Unfortunately, so do the Bamboo Shrimps!) They scavenge from the water flow with just their heads showing out of the caves. My question is If the plecs DO BREED, will the shrimps eat the plec eggs? Why is life so difficult  Many thanks in advance Dawn :rose:

I doubt bamboo shrimps will eat the eggs. They are filter feeders, feeding off the water column. My bamboo shrimps occupy some caves also, but fortunately, I have more caves that L46.
