Keeping Zebras without Breeding.

Post by mistern2005 »

I have a question...

Is there anyone meets ALL of the following conditions:
1) Keeping zebras for over three (3) years
2) Has at least one known mature female zebra for at least 1 year
3) Has had no spawns, successful or unsuccessful
L046 Breeders - 2M/3F / Lots of other L046 subadults and juveniles.
Lots of L144 - LF/SF, M/F, you name it...

The reason I ask is if nobody falls into the category (i.e, all the conditons ARE met and they have bred), this would inidicate that it's up to the zebras to breed and there isn't so much dependance on cave size, rainy seasons, RO vs. tap water, etc. since different folks do different things.

So - anyone out there meet the criteria, anyone???

Hi there,
I've been keeping Zebras for about 4 years.
Only joined this forum recently. And yes I meet the criteria.
I've only until recently had my first spawn.
I've heard the first is the hardest.
So keep at it. Sorry if it is a bit belated, but I thought it would be nice to receive a reply.

Thanks,

Ron
