Different pleco to breed?

Post by cols »

Hi people,

At the moment i cant afford the amount needed to setup a Zebra tank, so i was wondering what other type of pleco i could use to 'practice' with before moving over to Zebs.

Something with similar needs and breeding habbits?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks John,

i like the look of the L66 and i think it would be a good learning/starting point for me.

Picked up a 4ft tank at the weekend for £20 quid so will get to work on that tonight :)

All of them are nice :)

I need something that isn't too expensive, say £20-30 max and something i can actually get my hands on!
