Two males???

Post by Jenny »

My two wild caught zebras approx. 2 yrs old - I am not sure of the sex. They have lived with two otos for 18 months, the decor being one slate cave (occupied by one of the zebra) bogwood, rocks - I have added another cave and the zebra that lived under the bogwood has taken ownership of the second cave. Does this mean I have two males??

I never see them out of the caves so I have been unable to take photographs to sex them.

Females don't typically take posession of a cave. She can stay in one for a while, but won't take posession of it.

Sounds like you have two males
