From the different videos it looks like they are preparing to release it to the restaurants and business markets first. In the last flash video they show how consumers can use it to easily transfer music files and photos to a synchronized device. Basically it looks like Surfaces would simplify the file pathing in file transfers and make it more user friendly and visually appealing for those who are not tech savvy. How many people remember how to use DOS?
It is definitely something to look forward to. And of course there is always going to be blue screens of death. It's not a Mac! Although I have crashed a Mac before...*cough* *cough*.
