Just look at the little black dot without having your cursor over the picture, when the picture is just weird colors. Then, keep looking at the black dot, you move your cursor over the picture.

The moment you focus away from the dot the picture is black and white

Oh sorry... I DID see the colour/b&w effect. What I meant was "How?!". Very weird!

It's tricking the brain. An illution. The brain "remembers" the colors, but once you move your eyes it "reloads" the picture and see that there are no colors
