Sure, no problem, I will share with all of you!smithrc wrote:Those are some great pics... any tips for taking them that well??
My gears included
1. Canon 20D
2. Canon EF100mm F2.8 Macro Lens
3. Canon EX580II External Flash
4. Canon Remote Flash Sensor
The setting:
1. Flash placed on top of the tank or the side of the tank, your choice.
2. Len must be parallel to the front glass for clearer pic
3. Shutter Speed 1/80-1/125, F11-18, ISO100, MF, try and error!
4. Focus point..... the eye!
You are right! This batch from the LFS, when I bought them, I already know that they have ICH. Anyway, I bargined the price since they are sick. You can still see them if you look close enough, but I believe they are almost 100% recovered. As I said, they started tp pick up their appetite. Hopefully, everything will go well.Zebrapl3co wrote:It is my imagination or does the fin looks like it been flea bitten? Hmmm ....
Besides, my friend also bought 4pcs from this batch on the next day, he found out 1 single flea on one of the 4. And I have been very closely observated my 5pcs, luckily, I don't see anything.
Enough said - I spy a photographer
My brother-in-law is a photogorapher... might try and "borrow" some equipment

Awth,
The Zebra photo's are stunning.
I have almost the same photgraphic equipment as you.
I have the same camera and lens. The flash I have is the 580EX, not sure if that is the same one as yours.
I have been toying with the idea of getting a remote flash sensor to use in taking fish photo's, I take it from the results that you have obtained that you would recommend the remote sensor. Exactly which model did you get? I would be very interested to know.
Did you use a tripod?
Regards

Thx, John and TDI-line
The flash we have is pretty much the same. IMO, EX580II is pretty much the same as EX580.
No, I don't use tripod. Handheld and Manual focus.
some more sample pic of my Apisto.
Looking forward for your picssmithrc wrote:Enough said - I spy a photographer

I do recommend remote sensor for its flexiblity. The one I am using is Canon Speedlite Transmitter ST-E2.PaulH196 wrote:Awth,
