trio of adults to sex

We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).

thanks john can i ask what it is that yr making yr educated guess on and if i may how possible is the poss female ?
the poss female in question tends to spend alot of time in a cave along with the other two males (seperate caves of course ) but dosent seem hesitant to leave it when food appears whereas the other two do esp the alpha male ,or first pic . does this have any bearing on my assumption of sex or do suborniate males act this way ? In other hypans i own i have never seen females openly stay in any cave before i find this behaviour confusing but am hoping like heck it is a female
thanks
