Yeah, it doesn't seem like much, does it, lol! I kept thinking I missed something on the list, but I have no idea what and I surely wasn't going to try too hard to figure it out!

Bob gives people the tank tour by saying "and this is another tank full of brown suckie fish that hide, hence, you can't see fish in it!" so I bought a bunch of trios of fancy guppies to add to them ;). That didn't actually help though, now he says "this is a tank full of brown suckie fish that hide and expensive feeders". So I can't exactly win ;).

Funny you should say that. No one who looks in my main tank seems to 'get' plecs in the slightest. They always say something along the lines of "oooo/eerrr what are those weird looking fish OR "why do you keep those when all they do is hide"

I suppose they are valid points to make unless you have the fishkeeping/pleco bug.

Barbie, you gotta teach me how to convince your hubby to let you have all those tanks! :)

My 50g is still cycling but I have:

6 fancy guppies
2 pairs of breeding peacock gungeons
3 algea shrimp
3 flower shrimp
3 snails (think they came with some of the plants)

One .5g is housing a female zebra pleco.

Another .5g is housing a golden nugget.

Both zebra pleco and the golden nugget will be placed in the 50g once the nitrate levels are high enough.

I didn't convince him ;). He knows I have two ex's that thought I should get rid of all my tanks. I come with baggage you see, just of the somewhat wet sort ;). Truth be known, he had 4 tanks when we met and really enjoys the cichlids, so it's not all an uphill climb ;). Here's an update on the reef tank that's a couple months old. It's getting there ;).

So pretty! Do you a giant clam in your reef tank? They're beauties too.

Ahh.. the memories of getting stung when cleaning the anemone tanks :) hehe.

My true dream is to have a poison dart frog tank. But that's going to be awhile because I have a custom design I want to create through a local glass shop out here. :)
