I purchased 2 L399/400s from Blue in January. The fish arrived well packed and healthy, even tho it was well below freezing here. Blue is sometimes difficult to reach by e-mail, so he suggested calling him if I had questions. I actually never had any problem reaching him by e-mail.I will not hesitate to buy from him again. Good luck.

Over a year ago I purchased even Zebras from Blue. Good guy, one arrived death, gave me credit/refund. I would buy again from Blue.
