Hi duonri Congrats on the babies I agree with John except one thing I personally lost 2 babies from my 2end spawn they looked ok I don't know why they died, now I take them out if they are out in the tank when I do daily cleaning if big enough they go in another grow on tank if not they go in a bree...

Just quick update alpha male is sitting on some more eggs he has kicked out one infertile egg to day I would estimate about 6 to 10 eggs left.
All this parenting and he still has time to pose in between spawns

Thanks for that looks like a few of the fry are scattered around the tank this morning will leave them for dad to decide what happens,well untill I get grow out tank set up they are all doing fine as they are at the moment.

Hi i'm no expert but just think this normal for them.Mine have done this and did not come to anything this pic was taken some time ago and nothing happened. I think they just probably feel safer looking outward.Maybe someone has other idea hope this helps.

Hi thanks for the tips will wait and see how it goes on the fry and no more water changes to lower temp in tank. So it is valentines day (might help)I will leave them to it.
