Hi Craig, I use any kind of baby sterilisers on my equipment usully in tablet form, may sound daft but it works for me!
There must be other fish disinfectants other people may recommend.

2 very nice groups of Zebs there.
I would say you have possibly 5 of each sex, I provide plenty of caves, bog wood & slate in my tanks even though alot of the caves stay empty apart from the odd few males, so caves may not always be as important, but enough cover is.

I take it there is left over food which makes you think they are not eating?
My guess is they are still eating ok but maybe not as much.
