Who triggers the spawn the male or female? , i ask this because There is a member on here who has had a suprise spawn from his F1's and they didn't any/little encouragement, i am gettin 2/3 F1's at the end of jan and i was wondering/hoping the females did all the pushing as it were?

One other question, what temp is your water at and did you ever try to trigger a spawn?

Do you turn your filters off to feed? as i find the JMC stuff never sits in 1 plave long enough for them to notice it.

i am doing a rainy season at the mo and my water is at 77f i am doing a 25 % water change every night for a week, i am replacing the water with the same temp water is this ok? or is this pointless? any thoughts on this would be greatful

OH i see! i have been feeding bloodworm every time i feed and just chop changing everything else! i will not feed bloodworm for a few days, i just brought somr chopped mussels are these any good?
