it should be fine to keep various ages of spawns in the same fry trap, i know of many people that do it. i see your fry trap is home made, why dont you considder making a longer or larger one so the you can keep more spawns in it and for longer?

it should be ok as they both have different dietry requirements, but i wouldnt do it personally, or advise it. although if it were only temporary, untill another tank was set up for either of the two, it may be ok... but personally i wouldnt mix zebras with any other species, especially young zebras...

welcome to the site :) if you dont know already they are very expensive, especially if you are looking for a pair, the easiest and cheapest option would be to buy a group of youngsters from a breeder and grow them out, however this would take a couple of years... good luck and dont be shy to ask for...
