Yeah I have adults and various size youngsters in the same tank with no problems

I think a u4 in a 190L tank will be fine as long as you do a few small water changes

Yeah pretty much just normal slate, one cave the big multi was made by a friend but it too was just normal slate you can buy

Have always used sand and they love it

I have kept a breeding group of 11 zebs in a Juwel Rio 125 which is 125L and I am just setting up another the same, I use the Fluval u4 internal filter with no problem, I do however do several small water changes per week, its all about water quality I believe and less about how much your filter can...
