Hi Adam, yes I do have seven but the other one is small as well and very elusive. People on other posts have said that it is nearly impossible to tell the sex of a little'n. So i left it in the tank. Are you guys sure it's ok to keep taking these critters out of the tank, maybe i am paranoid but are...

I am not sure about zebra fry but both malawi & discus fry that i have raised like water perameters to be identical. A fluctuation of temperature may well shock fry, but i will leave the opinion with zebras to others who have actually bred them.

Cheers

Tristan, down south I guess where you get sub tropical temps, Miami seems nice. Miami Vice left a lasting impression on me, maybe I'd live on a boat get a fat Croc and wear no socks. What do you think. Yeah, but you have to wear a peach jacket and roll the sleves up  I am hopefully going...

Don't worry Tristan, you're not going to get rid of me that easily. Just leaving my options open that's all. :D I did apply for one many moons ago but got refused. I guess America wasn't ready for me yet. Not trying to get rid of you  - but if you were to go, what area would you go for ...

My sister and i used to keep budgies when we were little (10-14) We bred them a couple of times which was fascinating, watching the eggs hatch and the chicks grow- it really is amazing. My dad unfortunatly had a back spazm and fell into the aviary, broke it and the birds escaped into the forest behi...

Ed_R, I take it that's a derogatory term for Discus. I've never heard that one before, the gibberfish is some sort of perch like fish if I remember correctly. I like it, I like it. Got anymore, I need to know all these terms so that I have a better chance of getting my green card. Green CardE...

Hi Adam Frontosas are great, there are a load of different morphs depending where on the lake you look (lake Tanganyika that is) They live at great depths depths in the lake and have to be "decompressed" over several days hence the cost of Wild capture. They are a cult fish at the moment b...
