Royal names for plecos?
Does anyone know why the common names for some plecos are anything but common names? For example (to name a few): Imperial Zebra King Tiger Queen Arabesque Sultan Did someone feel they needed to "dress up" these stunning beauties to seperate them from the common pleco? Makes you go hmmmmm.

I love Farowellas too. I have three of them. Have you had any luck breeding them? The starlights are very nice too. Of course the zebras are my favorites. But don't tell that to my farowellas, whiptail cats, panda corys, spotted corys, emerald corys, , sultan plecos, king Tiger pleco, clown plecos, ...

I can't see any powerheads of spray bars etc etc or are they just well hidden? Yes, hidden. The powerhead is behind the red melon sword on the right. The filter turns the water volume a little more than eight times an hour. I did have two power heads hooked up to pvc pipe with intakes with sponges ...
